Administrative & Operational Experience (Metal Biz Recyclers)
My role as an Administration Officer and Cashier at Metal Biz Recyclers provided valuable hands-on experience in both customer service and business operations. I was responsible for processing transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting customers with their inquiries in a professional and efficient manner. I also supported administrative tasks, including data entry and documentation, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Working in a fast-paced environment strengthened my ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail. I developed strong communication skills by interacting with a diverse range of customers and colleagues, learning how to handle queries and resolve issues effectively. This role also required a high level of accuracy and accountability, particularly when handling financial transactions.

Business Exposure (Family Construction Projects)
Being exposed to my family’s construction business has significantly shaped my understanding of real-world business operations and leadership. The business is involved in large-scale infrastructure and road development projects, requiring detailed planning, coordination, and strict adherence to deadlines. Although I did not hold a formal role, I actively observed project workflows and supported small operational tasks, such as understanding scheduling processes and team coordination .
Through this experience, I developed insight into how complex projects are managed in high-pressure environments.
